What You Will Do:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Schedule and manage vehicle service appointments
- Liaise between customers and technicians
- Explain repair work and costs clearly
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Ensure a smooth and efficient workshop flow
- Liaise with technicians to coordinate the work schedule and progress updates
- Accurately manage booking systems, job cards, invoicing and customer records

What we are looking For:
- Previous experience in a service advisor role (automotive preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (training provided)
- IT proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and admin skills, including familiarity with dealer software systems
- Neat, professional appearance; team player with keen automotive interest
