This is a field role based in the Midlands, with some visits to the office included.
What you would do as our Service Business Development Manager As our Service Business Development Manager, with the UK Service Sales Manager and internal sales team, you would drive profitable growth of the Service portfolio in line with company targets and objectives in the defined geographical area.
You would also:
- Retain and renew profitable service contracts while supporting the service coordinator.
- Secure new profitable service contracts from target customers within the sales area.
- Promote and sell the full service portfolio.
- Conduct field-based sales with weekly meetings, reviewing savings, downtime prevention, contract benefits, and conversion of new installs into service contracts (>60%). Maintain CRM records and collaborate with key account sales and service engineers.
- Work with colleagues on joint projects and provide accurate forecasts to the UK Service Sales Manager.

The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in field sales selling service solutions (industry experience would be beneficial).
- Strong focus on customer account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
- Full Driving License
- IT literacy with extensive experience of Microsoft Office.
