A leading manufacturer within the transport and engineering sector is seeking an experienced Service Campaign Manager to join their growing Aftermarket team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of vehicle fit, rework and service campaign programmes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and product reliability across fleets in the field.

Your New Role

As Service Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating proactive vehicle rework and retrofit campaigns from initial assessment through to successful completion. Working closely with engineering, quality, procurement, field service teams and customers, you will ensure campaigns are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing detailed campaign and retrofit plans
  • Assessing campaign requirements, risks, costs and business justification
  • Managing teams, contractors, suppliers and service partners
  • Coordinating vehicle recalls, upgrades and technical modifications
  • Monitoring campaign progress, budgets and completion targets
  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Managing campaign materials, stock control and sales orders
  • Reviewing technical work instructions to ensure practical implementation
  • Presenting campaign updates and performance reports to senior leadership
  • Driving continuous improvement across service, quality and engineering functions

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience managing service campaigns, retrofit programmes, vehicle recalls or large-scale field service projects
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and field-based teams
  • Excellent planning, organisational and project management abilities
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and cost control
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience within automotive, transport, heavy vehicle, engineering, manufacturing or aftermarket environments would be highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and stock management processes is desirable
