Service Care Centre Monitoring Officer (Nights)
Location: Newton-le-Willows – WA12 area
Hours: Full-Time (Night shifts, 18:00–06:00)
Contract: Permanent
About The Role
Join our 24-hour Command Centre and play a pivotal role in keeping services running smoothly while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
This is a fast-paced, service-led role where you will act as a central point of contact for service enquiries, incident response, and colleague welfare.
You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, work efficiently, and make a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to service enquiries in a timely and professional manner Managing ad hoc cover requests and schedule changes Handling incidents, alarms, and escalating where required Monitoring colleague attendance, absence, and welfare Conducting welfare checks and following escalation procedures Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Managing access control at the National Support Centre Building strong relationships with clients Supporting compliance, audits, and company procedures

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar service-led role Strong communication and organisational skills Calm, confident, and able to work under pressure Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Full 5-year employment history (with references) Right to work in the UK Willing to complete a personal credit check Passionate about customer service and delivering high standards
