The Non AI bit

I need exceptional people to manage our service centres. Behaviours and attitudes are more important to me than industry knowledge (four years ago I was selling kitchens!) You will get to work with some of the most dedicated people I have ever met, so you need to match that with enthusiasm, a will to continuously improve, and a want to drive the business forward. Make money, stay legal and compliant, enjoy the rewards that come from working with like-minded, inspiring people.

Company Description

Smiths Metal Centres Ltd has its Group Head Office in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, where all central operations are managed. The site includes a substantial warehouse that stocks over 8,000 engineering material products for a wide range of industrial applications. A large processing department supports bespoke cutting and preparation services to meet specific customer requirements. The location also houses a UKAS accredited testing laboratory, underscoring the company’s commitment to quality, compliance, and technical excellence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
