About the Role
My client, a fastest-growing top 20 accountancy firm in the UK, are seeking an experienced Service Charge Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes.
This is a high-impact role where you'll:
- Manage a portfolio of key clients
- Deliver exceptional service while driving growth opportunities
- Oversee and review service charge accounts
- Guide your team to deliver at the highest standards
- Ensure clients receive a consistently outstanding experience
- Drive portfolio workflow, practice management, and support strategic client planning
Key Responsibilities

- Build strong client relationships through regular online and in-person engagement

- Identify growth opportunities within existing clients

Person Specification
Qualifications & Experience
- AAT qualified/part qualified ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Highly organised with a methodical approach to workload management
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Service charge accounting knowledge (desirable)

Salary & Contract Details
- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
- Working Arrangements:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 3 days in the office, 2 days hybrid (remote)
