The Role

Key Responsibilities
You’ll support the store by:
- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers, ensuring every interaction is positive.
- Assisting with stock management, shelf organization, and maintenance to keep the store tidy and well-stocked.
- Handling online orders, unpacking, and preparing products for dispatch.
- Supporting team colleagues across shift changes while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensuring smooth operations, whether that’s customer checkouts, pizza crafting, or delivery handling.

What You’ll Need
- A friendly, helpful demeanour with genuine customer service passion.
- Comfort working in a paced, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sometimes weekends.
