The Role

At Asda, you’ll find something for everyone. As a Service Colleague in our store team, you’ll be at the core of the customer experience. From stocking shelves and unpacking deliveries to picking online orders and crafting pizzas—your role is essential to ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll support the store by:

  • Providing friendly, professional, and efficient service to customers, ensuring every interaction is positive.
  • Assisting with stock management, shelf organization, and maintenance to keep the store tidy and well-stocked.
  • Handling online orders, unpacking, and preparing products for dispatch.
  • Supporting team colleagues across shift changes while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ensuring smooth operations, whether that’s customer checkouts, pizza crafting, or delivery handling.

What You’ll Need

  • A friendly, helpful demeanour with genuine customer service passion.
  • Comfort working in a paced, customer-driven retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
  • Flexibility to accommodate various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sometimes weekends.
