Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our customers with politeness, patience and a helpful attitude
- Stocking shelves, processing orders, and managing deliveries efficiently
- Supporting online pickup, fitting rooms, and self-checkout operations
- Calmly resolving customer questions and maintaining a high level of service

Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage warmly with customers
- Team mindset and flexibility to maintain consistency in a dynamic environment
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting, including weekends & evenings
- Basic IT skills (e.g., for scanning and e-commerce expirience)
