Location: EXPPFS - 5459, Salford Quays, PFS Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent Hours per Week: 8 (Nights) Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour Category: Retail (Hourly colleague, Sales Staff)

About the Role
As a Service Colleague (Express), you’ll play a central role across our Asda Express stores in Salford Quays. Our operation runs 24/7, offering flexibility to suit various lifestyles, though late nights and weekend work will be required.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may vary but will likely include:
- Serving customers at checkouts
- Preparing fresh products (e.g., pizzas)
- Processing and picking orders for home and store collection
- Restocking shelves and maintaining aisles
- Ensuring a friendly, welcoming environment for shoppers
Core Focus Areas:
- Customer Service: Delivering an excellent experience as a priority
- Frontline Operations: Multi-department support across the store
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to drive sales and efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing Customers: Offer swift, friendly checkout support in high-traffic periods
- Operational Roles: Rotate between tasks such as order picking, food preparation, stock control, and демарчетаж (maintenance of tilts and counterspaces)
- Store Standards: Adhere to aesthetics and cleanliness policies for a premium shopping environment
- Sales Support: Recommend and highlight relevantAsda products through tear-sheets, in-aisle execution, and staff actions
