Location: EXPPFS - 5215 Eccleshall Road PFS Employment Type: Part time Contract Type: Permanent Shift Pattern: Afternoons / Late & Weekend Working Hours per Week: 8 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Category: Retail, Sales Staff, Hourly Colleagues Closing Date: 15 July 2026
Our operation runs continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations—providing flexible shift patterns to accommodate various lifestyles. If you’re looking for adaptable, part-time work that fits with your commitments, we can tailor shifts to suit you. However, the role involves late and weekend working, and there may be times when adjustments are needed.
About the Role
As a Service Colleague, you’ll contribute across multiple departments to ensure our stores run smoothly and efficiently. Each day brings variety—whether you're assisting customers at checkouts, preparing delicious fresh pizzas, picking orders for home delivery, or restocking shelves. Our commitment is to deliver excellent service, maintain inviting store environments, and curate ‘extra special’ products.

Responsibilities
- Work flexibly across different departments (retail and service)
- Assist customers at checkouts, providing friendly and efficient service
- Prepare food items, including fresh pizzas
- Pick and pack orders for home delivery
- Restock shelves and ensure store presentation
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and customer experience
About You
- Knowingly friendly, energetic, and eager to learn new skills
- Enjoy working across various roles and helping customers find what they need
- Gifted in creating a welcoming atmosphere—ideal for confident interaction
- Willing to accommodate our schedule, including late and weekend shifts
