About this Role As a Service Colleague (Express), you’ll support the smooth running of our stores across multiple departments. No two days are the same—expect a diverse range of responsibilities:
- Serving customers at checkouts
- Preparing and serving fresh food products
- Assisting with order picking for home delivery
- Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
Our team cares deeply about delivering excellent customer service, fostering a friendly atmosphere, and ensuring an outstanding experience—whether in-store or online.
Responsibilities
- Work across various departments to maintain store efficiency and operational excellence
- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service at the checkout and in product preparation areas
- Assist with delivery, restocking, and maintaining your area to the highest standards
- Play an active role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers
- Collaborate as part of a dynamic team with a shared vision for sales and customer satisfaction
