About the Role
Our operation runs 24/7, providing a wide variety of flexible shift patterns to fit different lifestyles. Shifts will vary, with late and weekend working being a key part of the role. Some flexibility will be needed.
As a Service Colleague, you’ll work across multiple departments to ensure our stores run efficiently:
- Serving customers at checkouts
- Preparing fresh produce, including pizzas
- Picking orders for home delivery
- Restocking shelves
Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer service, a welcoming store environment, and ‘extra special’ products. We work collectively to drive sales and enhance both online and in-store shopping experiences.

You’ll be:
