Service Colleague (Express) – Part-Time (Permanent Contract)

Details

  • Location: EXPPFS – 5254 Baynards Green PFS
  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Shift Pattern:
    • Hours per Week: 8
    • Pay Rate: £15.25/hour (Hourly, Retail Category)
    • Work Shift: Nights
    • Flexibility Notice: Late and weekend working a key part. Some flexibility required.
  • Closing Date: 15 July 2026 (Subject to vacancy closing before advertised date.)

About the Role

Our 24/7 operation spans Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations, offering varied shift patterns to suit different lifestyles. As a Service Colleague, you’ll:

  • Work across multiple departments to help stores run smoothly.
  • Experience diverse daily tasks including:
    • Operating checkout services
    • Preparing fresh food (e.g. pizzas)
    • Picking orders for home delivery
    • Restocking shelves
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a supportive team environment.

Our aim? To enhance in-store and online shopping experiences whilst fostering a welcoming, people-first culture.
