About the Role & Our Operation
Our supermarkets, superstores, and Asda Express locations run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With a variety of shift patterns available to suit different lifestyles, we welcome colleagues looking for flexible working arrangements.
While flexibility is key for roles like this, late and weekend shifts are often required. You’ll also need to be prepared for change—shift availability may adapt to business needs.
As a Service Colleague, you’ll work across multiple departments, ensuring smooth store operations. Every day could look different—tasks include:
- Serving customers at checkouts
- Preparing fresh foods, such as pizzas
- Picking home delivery orders
- Restocking shelves
- Making stores welcoming and operational
Our customers are our priority, and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service, a bright store environment, and ‘extra special’ in-store experiences. We strive to drive sales while providing a seamless online and in-store shopping experience as a single Asda team.
