[Service Colleague (Express)] Location: EXPPFS - 5496 Springburn PFS Employment Type: Part-time Contract Type: Permanent Shift Pattern: Nights (~30 hours per week at £15.25/hour) Category: Retail (Colleagues, Sales Staff) Closing Date: 15 July 2026
Our operation runs 24/7 across our supermarkets, superstores, and Asda Express locations, offering a variety of shifts to suit diverse lifestyles. Late and weekend work is key to these roles, with some flexibility required.
About the Role
As a Service Colleague, you’ll be versatile across multiple store operations—delivering friendly service at checkouts, preparing fresh products (like pizzas), fulfilling home deliveries, and keeping shelves stocked. Your role is central to maintaining smooth operations while embodying Asda’s commitment to excellence, from welcoming stores to standout products.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Assisting customers with their needs (whether helping them find products or friendly interactions)
- Contributing to operational tasks across different departments (e.g., restocking, orders, checkout duties)
- Supporting your team to drive sales both online and in-store
- Ensuring a ‘extra special’ shopping experience every day
