Department: Retail – Hourly Colleagues, Sales Staff ** Employment Type:** Full-time – Permanent Contract Shift Pattern: Afternoons Hours per Week: 36 Salary: £12.71 per hour
About the Role
As a Service Colleague, you’ll help keep our dynamic stores running smoothly. With our 24/7 operation—spanning Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express—we offer flexible shifts to suit different lifestyles. While we accommodate schedules where possible, late and weekend work may be required to meet our operational needs.
Your work will span multiple departments, ensuring every customer is well-served:
- Operating checkouts to serve customers
- Preparing fresh pizzas and ready meals
- Processing home delivery orders
- Restocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
We prioritise excellent customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and great "extra special" products. Collaborating as a team, we drive sales and deliver a seamless shopping experience—both online and in-store.
