Role Overview

Our 24/7 operation spans Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations, offering varied shift patterns to accommodate different lifestyles. While flexibility is encouraged, late and weekend working is often required.

As a Service Colleague, you’ll support multiple departments, contributing to smooth store operations. Your duties may include:

  • Serving customers at checkouts
  • Preparing fresh products (e.g., pizzas)
  • Processing home delivery orders
  • Restocking shelves

Our commitment is to deliver excellent customer service, create welcoming environments, and showcase ‘extra special’ products. Teamwork drives sales and enhances both online and in-store experiences.
