About the Role

At Asda, we believe you can find your everything here. As a Service Colleague in our food services team, you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering a positive customer experience—serving delicious food, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving food
  • Operating till systems
  • Assisting with deliveries
  • Supporting behind-the-scenes operations in our outlets, including Greggs, Subway, and Burger King

You’ll join a dynamic, customer-focused team where teamwork and great service are priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly, efficient customer service to every guest
  • Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the work area
  • Working efficiently behind the counter and in the kitchen (depending on location)
  • Assisting with stock management and inventory tasks
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain smooth operations in high-pressure environments
