About the Role
At Asda, we believe you can find your everything here. As a Service Colleague in our food services team, you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering a positive customer experience—serving delicious food, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving food
- Operating till systems
- Assisting with deliveries
- Supporting behind-the-scenes operations in our outlets, including Greggs, Subway, and Burger King
You’ll join a dynamic, customer-focused team where teamwork and great service are priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service to every guest
- Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and organisation of the work area
- Working efficiently behind the counter and in the kitchen (depending on location)
- Assisting with stock management and inventory tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain smooth operations in high-pressure environments
