- Stocking shelves
- Unpacking deliveries
- Picking online orders
- Preparing food products, including perfecting pizzas
- Assisting customers with a smile

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older -Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Team-oriented approach to work
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression
- Top up stock levels, keep shelves tidy, and maximise readiness for customers
- Process transactions efficiently, handling cash, card payments, and promotions
- Meet operational standards, including cleaning, health and safety, and compliance
- Assist with digital orders, from picking to packing for online fulfilment
- Contribute to store events and special promotions (e.g. loyalty schemes, flash sales)
- Support team goals, from sales targets to stock management
