Service Controller - Lead With Impact in a Supportive Team

Due to team changes and continued business demand, we are looking to appoint two Service Controllers to join our Service team.

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire
Department: Service
Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000
Working hours: Monday-Friday 08:00 -17:00, alternating rota for 16:30 and 17:30 finish

We're looking for a detail-focused, proactive Service Controller to join our high-performing Service department. If you're passionate about delivering results, love coordinating people and processes, and want to grow your career while making a real impact—this is your next move.

What You'll Be Driving:

  • Delivering the high-quality service we promise our customers
  • Ensuring your region meets and exceeds KPI targets
  • Planning and coordinating engineers for both scheduled and emergency service calls
  • Acting as the go-to contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams
  • Minimising open jobs and ensuring timely invoicing once completed
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers to maintain timely and professional service standards
  • Collaborating with the Regional Sales Managers on service performance and regional updates
  • Assisting other Service Controllers and supporting the broader service office as needed
