Service Coordinator

About the Role

Are you an experienced coordinator who can manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional approach within a supportive team?

We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our busy Service Delivery Team in Chipping Sodbury, supporting the delivery of essential in-house gas services to our customers.

This is a secondment opportunity, office-based role for a period of 9–12 months. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

  • Salary: £30,572.91 per year (pro rata) with annual review

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning daily schedules for heating engineers and coordinating the end-to-end delivery of services and repairs
  • Allocating emergency, urgent, and routine work to engineers effectively
  • Monitoring service requests, job progress, and productivity using digital scheduling platforms
  • Liaising between customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding service issues
  • Ensuring all operational processes meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Assisting with compiling performance reports, including KPIs and customer satisfaction data
