Service Coordinator (Field Service Operations)

Service Coordinator - European Field Service Operations

Keep Europe’s field service operation running smoothly

At Biotage, our technologies help scientists solve real-world problems – from advancing healthcare to improving sustainability. Delivering that impact relies on well-coordinated, responsive and reliable field service support.

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our European Field Service Operations team. This is a key coordination role where you will help ensure our Field Service Engineers are deployed effectively, customers receive timely support, and our service operations run seamlessly across multiple countries.

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team where communication, organisation and attention to detail make a real difference every day. If you enjoy bringing structure to busy environments and take pride in keeping things running efficiently, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

As a Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our service operation, ensuring engineers, customers and internal teams stay connected.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
