Service Coordinator

Hours per week: 37.5 (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm), on-call coverage

Work base: Site-based with regular travel


About the Role

Do you have what it takes to lead a team, make a difference, and inspire others? As a kind, approachable, and positive leader passionate about improving vulnerable children and young people’s lives, you’re our ideal fit for this Service Coordinator role.

This opportunity focuses on developing and managing a children and young person service in collaboration with the Service Manager, offering holistic, person-centred support to ensure children and young people receive the best possible experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall management of the service to deliver person-centred, holistic support.
  • Foster strong positive partnerships to enable seamless transitions across different types of support and advice.
  • Connect with wider communities and networks to ensure every child and young person has access to tailored help.
  • Empower young people to thrive towards independent living while maintaining a positive experience of your services.
  • Manage challenging situations with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Develop strategies to enhance service outcomes and advocate for vulnerable groups.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence (essential) with access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Proactive, confident, and relationship-focused approach.
  • Commitment topersonal growth and climate sustainability (P3’s initiatives include carbon reductions and colleague rewards like tree-planting for hires).
  • Enhanced DBS check required (paid by P3).

Note: Role subject to Daily and Barring Services screening.
