Position Description

At CGI, we deliver innovative technology solutions that help our clients achieve mission-critical outcomes. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the transition of a new on-premises cloud platform into live service for the Client.

Working across project and operational teams, you will help establish the processes, governance, and service management capabilities required to ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing service. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of service delivery, influence operational readiness, and contribute to the success of a strategically important programme.

CGI was recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2025 and has been named a UK ‘Best Employer’ by the Financial Times. We offer a competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare, plus a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching) which makes you a CGI Partner not just an employee. We are committed to inclusivity, building a genuinely diverse community of tech talent and inspiring everyone to pursue careers in our sector, including our Armed Forces, and are proud to hold a Gold Award in recognition of our support of the Armed Forces Corporate Covenant. Join us and you’ll be part of an open, friendly community of experts. We’ll train and support you in taking your career wherever you want it to go.

Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance.

This is a hybrid position with remote working available and occasional travel to Leatherhead.

Your future duties and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the live service for a new on-premises cloud solution being delivered to the Client. Working closely with technical, project, and customer stakeholders, you will help define, implement, and continuously improve the processes, procedures, and documentation required to support operational service delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
