Location: Reading, Havant, Glasgow, Perth Contract Type: Inside IR35 Rate: Up to £450 per day

We are seeking a proactive and organised Service Delivery Analyst to join a growing service management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-focused professional who enjoys working across a broad range of service delivery activities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a generalist Service Delivery Analyst who is comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring services are delivered effectively, and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate service escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout
  • Support incident and problem management processes, tracking actions arising from incident reviews and root cause analysis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Produce regular service reporting, performance metrics, and management information
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure service commitments are achieved
  • Support continuous service improvement initiatives and governance activities
  • Create, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards using Power BI
