The Service Delivery Coordinator, Lower Completions / Upper Completions (delete as applicable) is responsible for coordinating well construction/completion and/or solutions project(s) for the CWI business. The coordinator will be customer facing and have oversight of all stages of their respective part of the project(s) from planning through operational deployment and on through project closing. The coordinator will drive “on-time” delivery, consistency, and service delivery excellence, all while maximizing the revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing the timing of cash collection.

Job Main Objectives

  • Execute the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, every job, every task.
  • Execute the 5 fundamentals of Service Delivery.
  • Interacts with customer representative for preparation, execution and completion of all upcoming and ongoing job activities.
  • Use Job Center to comply with the intelligent Managing the Job Cycle (iMtJC) ensuring all job activities are executed in line with customer and Baker Hughes’ requirements.
  • Manage change as it occurs across the job cycle for both planned and unplanned events.
  • Provide technical support and coaching of field personnel remotely before, during, and after the job.
  • Provide support as needed to close incidents with customers as well as with the global technical product line and ensure lessons learned are implemented.
  • Be the subject matter expert on technical aspects within their product line.

Specific Tasks

  • Works with Sales and Service Delivery Technical to provide operational advice related to technical planning.
  • Responsible for inputting and managing the following within Job Center.
  • Conduct job briefing during planning and debriefing after closing for every job/activity.
  • Communicates billing events to B&C using the Job Center ticket.
  • Plans mid-range operation activity volume & complexity forecast to align the correct resources for Service delivery flawless execution & on-time delivery.
  • Prepared with daily operational updates for their ongoing job activities as required.
  • Report incidents and manage communication with customers and internal.
  • Oversees ongoing operations and provides direct support to the field personnel on location.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experience.
  • Have strong experience in Well Completions with a minimum of 5 years as a coordinator.
  • Have leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skill.
  • Proven personnel development skills will be required in this role.
  • Have excellent English oral and written communications skills, including ability to organize meetings and distributing accurate and succinct minutes of meetings.

For Italy:

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400. The provisions of the Contratto Collettivo Energia e Petrolio will be applied to this position. Art. 32 and Art. 34 of that collective bargaining agreement relate to pay.

For United Kingdom:

The initial pay range for this position will be GBP 59,800 To 82,225. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
