Service Delivery Driver
We are currently seeking a Service Delivery Driver to deliver and collect company stock between customer sites and the plant. This role is key to ensuring compliance with transport legislation while delivering a reliable, high-quality service to our customers.
The Role
As a Service Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily delivery routes
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service at every interaction
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to undertake the following:
- Loading and unloading vehicles, and placing stock into designated areas at customer sites
- Ensuring vehicles are stocked with sufficient sundry items (e.g., repair labels, bags)
- Collecting and delivering items in line with route documentation, including:
- Loading and emptying on-premises lockers
- Exchanging dust control mats
- Accurately completing all required paperwork and delivery documentation
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers and acting as a key liaison between customers and the business
- Supporting the Transport Manager by covering routes for absent drivers when required
- Undertaking ad-hoc duties to support the wider transport and service delivery team

Requirements
A Class 2 driving licence and valid CPC is required to apply for this role.
