As a Service Delivery Executive (Road), you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our road freight offering. Working across operational and commercial activities, you will manage quotations, engage with suppliers, coordinate shipments and support the successful onboarding of customers into our expanding road freight product. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing service within a fast-paced, global logistics business.
This role can be based out of our Leeds or Romford office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and responding to road freight quotation requests through Zendesk.
- Ensuring accurate job creation and management within CargoWise in line with company processes.
- Supporting the migration of existing road freight customers into Ligentia's road freight product.
- Coordinating road freight shipments and providing operational support as required.
- Negotiating competitive rates with carriers and suppliers.
- Identifying, evaluating and onboarding new supplier partners.
- Working closely with sales teams to identify and support new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the road freight service offering.

What You'll Need:
Essential:
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to work effectively with suppliers and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Desirable:
- Experience within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.
- Road freight experience.
- Experience using CargoWise or similar freight management systems.
- Previous experience in a quotations, pricing, logistics or operational role.
