About the Role
They’re looking for a Service Desk Team Lead to lead a team of 10 of 2nd line Engineers mixed between Bristol and Glasgow. As a Team Lead you will have a solid technical background and act as a point of escalation from the team and speak with third party customers.

You will have a solid technical grounding ideally coming from a support role previously. The types of projects you will be on is Azure migrations, server upgrades and work across the Microsoft Stack.
Key Details
- Salary: Up to £65,000 with a bonus
- Location: Hybrid with 3 days a week onsite and you can pick which office you go to Bristol, London, Newcastle or Glasgow.

What You'll Do

Requirements
- Solid technical background
- Previous experience in a support role
- Familiarity with Azure, Windows Server, and the Microsoft Stack
