The Role

Are you an experienced Customer or Service Delivery Manager with a passion for delivering results and building strong client relationships? Do you want to play a key role in smart city innovation and transport technology?

We’re growing and looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Traffic Technology Team in Neath. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex client portfolios, oversee contract delivery, and help shape the future of transport technology solutions.

  • Managing day-to-day service delivery across key client contracts
  • Owning client relationships from implementation through to renewal
  • Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high service standards and performance reporting
  • Proactively communicating service updates and performance insights to clients
  • Leading new project rollouts such as firmware upgrades, relocations, and system expansions
  • Collaborating with Product, Client Services, and Development teams to resolve issues and improve services
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvements and growth

What we are looking for:

  • Strong experience in project management or service delivery
  • Experience managing budgets, invoicing, and client reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential
