Service Delivery Manager – GLA Account
London (Hybrid, client-site focused)
We’re looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of recruitment services across a portfolio of high-profile public sector clients.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage multiple stakeholders, lead a delivery team, and ensure consistently high standards across complex MSP recruitment programmes.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple client accounts
- Acting as the main escalation point for service and delivery issues
- Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Leading and supporting a team of Resourcing Business Partners
- Managing supplier performance and relationships
- Driving service improvements and operational efficiencies
- Supporting implementation projects and contract delivery
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a Service Delivery Manager role within MSP or RPO
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Experience leading teams in a delivery environment
- Supplier management experience
- Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused
