Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Service Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate Cybersecurity and Quality Engineering services. In this full-time, permanent position, you’ll:
- Oversee client engagements and ensure smooth project execution
- Deliver high-quality services while maintaining operational excellence
- Bridge the gap between technical teams and clients, translating complex findings into clear, actionable business value

Location: Hybrid (Glasgow/Birmingham/Bristol) Salary: Up to £46,000 (dependent on experience) Critical Note: Applicants must hold full UK security clearance (or be eligible for it)—requires 5 years UK address history for consideration.
Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements and project delivery
- Coordinate internal teams, resources, and timelines to align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Technical & Quality Assurance
- Oversee quality assurance, reporting of test results, vulnerabilities, and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR) and internal governance

Stakeholder & Pre-Sales Engagement
- Support pre-sales activities with technical insights and delivery estimations
- Communicate effectively to provider teams, vendors, and subcontractors

Performance & Process Improvement
- Track and report performance metrics, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and automation

Requirements
- Proven experience in cybersecurity or Quality Engineering service delivery, with a preference for penetration testing experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Cyber and Quality Engineering tools/methodologies (e.g., penetration testing frameworks, governance tools)
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including:
- ISO 27001 (Information Security Management)
- GDPR (Data Protection)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to translate technical risks into clear, business-relevant language
- Security Clearance (UK):
- Must hold full security clearance (SC), or be eligible for it
- Desirable:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL)
- Soft Skills & Attributes:
- Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and quality focus
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-output environments
