We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager - ILS to lead supportability and through-life support delivery for a complex defence programme based in Havant.

Reporting to the Programme Manager you will play a key role in ensuring supportability is designed into the solution from the outset while enabling responsive and effective in-service support delivery throughout the programme lifecycle. Acting as a primary interface with MoD stakeholders, partner organisations and internal teams, you will lead the delivery of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Post Design Support (PDS) activities within a multi-contractor defence environment.

This role combines programme delivery, customer engagement and technical leadership. You will lead a small team of ILS and PDS specialists while working collaboratively across engineering, logistics and programme functions to deliver high-quality support solutions aligned to customer and operational requirements.

At the outset of the programme, you will be instrumental in establishing the support delivery framework and implementing all ILS and PDS activities associated with the Integrated Support Plan, Supportability Case, associated element plans and ongoing in-service support deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface for MoD stakeholders and partner organisations on ILS and support delivery matters
  • Lead the planning and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Post Design Support (PDS) activities across the programme lifecycle
  • Support development and delivery of the Integrated Support Plan, Supportability Case and associated element plans
  • Establish collaborative relationships across customer, supplier and internal teams to ensure successful programme outcomes
  • Deliver proactive and agile responses to ongoing support and service delivery requirements
  • Ensure supportability requirements are designed into the system throughout development and in-service phases

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
