Service Delivery Manager – Seafood (Global)
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and driven Service Delivery Manager – Seafood to lead global delivery across our seafood assurance programmes.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for ensuring audits are delivered on time, to the highest technical standards, and in line with customer and commercial expectations. You will play a key role in shaping a scalable, high-performing global delivery model while maintaining strong technical credibility across fisheries, aquaculture, and supply chain assurance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Global Service Delivery Leadership
- Lead and coordinate seafood audit delivery across multiple regions
- Maintain a clear, end-to-end view of delivery performance, risks, and capacity
- Establish governance, planning cycles, and escalation frameworks
- Ensure consistent execution of standards and client expectations globally
Capacity Planning & Workforce Development
- Own global demand and capacity planning across seafood programmes
- Build and maintain a strong, technically capable auditor network
- Identify capability gaps and lead recruitment of seafood auditors
- Ensure the right mix of skills, accreditations, and geographical coverage

Technical Leadership
- Act as a technical authority for seafood assurance delivery
- Ensure alignment with key global standards (e.g., fisheries, aquaculture, and supply chain schemes)
- Drive auditor competence, training, and calibration
- Provide support on complex audits and technical escalations
Planning, Performance & Utilisation
- Optimise auditor deployment and utilisation across regions
- Balance technical capability, client demand, and seasonal cycles
- Drive performance against KPIs including utilisation, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
Commercial & Financial Performance
- Deliver against revenue, margin, and cash flow targets
- Improve efficiency, reduce delivery risk, and maximise audit throughput
- Align workforce strategy to support margin and cost control
Governance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and scheme requirements
- Maintain consistency and quality across all audit programmes
- Lead continuous improvement across global delivery
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead global teams through delivery managers and technical leads
- Build a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture
- Work closely with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams
- Manage delivery, technical, and client escalations

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in service delivery, audit operations, or a comparable leadership role
- Strong understanding of seafood production systems (fisheries, aquaculture, or supply chain)
- Experience working with certification or assurance schemes
- Demonstrated ability to manage global teams and complex operations
- Strong commercial awareness and financial accountability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
