Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll play an important role within the team, supporting the delivery of end-to-end communications, whether electronic or physical. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time, while beginning to build strong relationships and develop an understanding of client needs.
This is a great fixed term contract opportunity, for 12-months, based in our Bristol office, for someone looking to develop their career in service delivery, gaining hands-on experience across client management, project coordination, and operational processes.
A role you will love
You’ll support the delivery of client work, assisting with briefs and the lifecycle of assigned projects. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll build your knowledge and confidence while contributing to successful delivery outcomes. You’ll be recognised by internal stakeholders as reliable and collaborative, supporting strong service delivery through effective communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
In this role, you’ll focus on developing your skills while contributing to service standards and continuous improvement within the team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the coordination and delivery of client jobs from briefing through to completion, ensuring work is accurate and on time
- Assist in monitoring contract work, tracking timelines, and escalating any issues where needed
- Act as a day-to-day contact for client queries, supporting relationship development
- Contribute to project delivery, supporting larger initiatives while developing ownership of smaller projects
- Work in line with invoicing processes to ensure all work is invoiced correctly and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team improvement initiatives

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
