About The Role

Service Delivery Specialist

The Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for coordinating smooth and accurate third-party (3P) onboarding and supporting day-to-day workflow activity within the Service Centre. You’ll work closely with internal teams, Procurement, and external customers to ensure onboarding is completed correctly and on time, while keeping customers informed throughout. You’ll also help manage bookings, enquiries, and SLAs, providing hands-on support during busy periods to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Drive operational ownership by taking responsibility for progressing onboarding and workflow tasks through to completion.
  • Keep work moving smoothly through effective coordination, planning, and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Enhance customer confidence by providing clear, timely, and proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support workflow performance by helping balance workload, maintain SLAs, and ensure service continuity during busy periods.
  • Spot and escalate risks early to protect delivery timelines and prevent issues from escalating.
  • Maintain high accuracy in onboarding documentation, quoting, and operational information.
  • Influence without authority by building strong working relationships and driving progress collaboratively.
  • Improve processes by identifying practical enhancements to ways of working and contributing to service improvement.

What You Bring

  • Operational service delivery experience gained in a coordination, service management, or multi-team environment, with confidence managing processes from start to finish.
  • Strong coordination and workflow skills, including prioritising tasks, balancing demand, and keeping work moving across multiple internal teams.
  • Clear, structured communication when engaging with external customers; providing updates, managing expectations, and maintaining trust throughout delivery activity.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to spot risks or delays early and take appropriate action, including escalation when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
