Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Service Department Supervisor to coordinate service reminders, ladder inspections, fixed anchor point inspections, and provide overall administrative support to our Team.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating inspection schedules and service reminders
  • Preparing RAMS, site packs, and certification paperwork
  • Maintaining internal systems and inspection records
  • Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day administration

Qualifications

  • GCSE Grades 9-4 in Maths & English or equivalent pass levels (Essential)
  • Business Administration Qualification (Desirable)
