Are you looking for a senior role that utilises your Service Design & Redesign experience?
I am looking for a Service Design Lead to join a Housing Association based in the North East with the opportunity to work on a long term transformation project and review the end-to-end processes to deliver a more effective and seamless service.
You will have experience of end-to-end service reviews, understand people, processes, and technology, and be able to redesign services from scratch.

You must have experience of service design across multiple functions, not just one function within an organisation, have strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Social Housing experience is desired, but not essential.
The salary on offer is £55,000 with a great benefits package.
The role is hybrid with 2-days onsite in the office in the North East. This is essential throughout the organisation to ensure you’re building relationships with key stakeholders and direct colleagues.
