About the Role

You will join a small team providing a Facilities Service Desk for all FISco Clients across the UK, handling direct telephone and email communications with customers in various offices and warehouses nationwide.

  • Communicating via telephone and email with a polite and helpful approach.
  • Chasing updates from suppliers and customers efficiently.
  • Ensuring completion of jobs within the given Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Managing scheduled tasks and coordinating appointments with the relevant suppliers and customers.
  • Running system reports when necessary.
  • Utilising the CIMS software application and other relevant systems/applications as required.
  • Performing any ad-hoc duties assigned by your line manager.

Key Requirements
