Job Description

Location: Belfast

We are looking for a Service Desk Agent to join and expand our 1st line teams based within our office in Belfast. Your role will be to provide first class customer service while problem solving and dealing with an array of queries and faults being raised by our customer.

You will be working on a busy and active service desk, answering phone calls, webchats, and other forms of digital contacts, keeping to agreed SLA's and KPI's.

This is a shift based role (12 hours Shifts with a pattern of 3 days 8am to 8pm, 3 days off, 3 nights 8pm to 8am, 3 days off)

Your Experience

  • Educated to GCSE grade or equivalent
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High degree of initiative and creativity.
