The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Analyst to work as part of a team supporting a range of systems within the Landmark Information Group. You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent tasks across varying technologies in an exciting, competitive environment, with exposure to on-premise, cloud-based, and End-User systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for IT support activities for our internal customers
- Manage and prioritise workloads via our ITSM Tools
- Keep customers updated via all communication methods to manage expectations
- Support the wider IT Department ensuring systems and processes run smoothly
- Onboard new employees (hardware and account provision)
- Ensure all requests logged include detailed information, troubleshooting steps, and technical compliance
- Maintain our EUC (End-User Computing) compliance at high standards
- Keep our Asset Management System up-to-date
- Ensure all knowledge base documentation remains current
- Provide occasional visits to other UK offices for physical IT support (where required)
About You
To apply, you will need:
- ITIL v4 Foundation (or equivalent Service Desk experience)
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Active Directory (AD)
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication (both technical and non-technical)
- Self-motivated, excellent time management, and request/ticket-proven expertise
- Strong technical support experience and problem-solving ability
