We're partnered with a well-established investment business that's continuing to invest in its internal technology function. They're looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a collaborative IT team, providing 1st and 2nd line support to users across the business.

This is a varied role combining service desk and deskside support, helping employees with hardware, software, and workplace technology while delivering a first-class support experience.
Service Desk Analyst Requirements:
- Experience in a 1st/2nd Line Support or Service Desk role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Experience with Azure AD, Intune, or other endpoint management tools
- Experience using ITSM/ticketing systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
