Our client are looking to appoint a Service Desk Analyst, to supplement the team with hard-working, enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to provide an outstanding level of service and quality.
About the Role
The Service Desk Analyst will support customers with;
/> Positive and professional company image to deliver an exemplary customer experience throughout their entire journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Present a professional image of the company to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Ensure clear and transparent communication with customers to keep them informed about their situation, while upholding business principles.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to deliver compliantly collaborative customer outcomes.
- Continuously improve customer experience by challenging existing processes and suggesting enhancements where necessary.
- Manage support for vulnerable customers to provide the most supportive appropriate service.
- Identify and record customer complaints while striving for first contact resolution.
- Detect and report breaches of operational processes or policies to ensure compliance.
- Utilise various tools and techniques to maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring desired outcomes.
- Effectively communicate with customers to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, providing appropriate solutions.
- Employ inquiry techniques to understand customer circumstances and manage timely issue resolution.
