About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our Technology Services team in EMEA.

You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, incidents, and requests, helping to keep our global business running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve IT incidents, requests, and major issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Support asset lifecycle management and ensure compliance with IT standards.
  • Maintain and create knowledge base articles, FAQs, and process documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, taking ownership of issues and delivering proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and support projects.

We're Interested in Hearing from People Who Have

  • Degree in a relevant discipline or 5+ years' experience in IT Service Desk/Desktop Support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, O365, and Active Directory/Entra.
  • Solid knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and Microsoft operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
  • Desirable: Microsoft Certifications, ITIL Foundation, or networking knowledge.
