Service Desk Analyst

6 MONTH INSIDE IR35 CONTRACT

EXETER BASED, ONSITE WORKING

NPPV3 Clearance Needed

Overview

We are seeking experienced Service Desk Analysts to join a busy and collaborative IT support team. This role focuses on providing first-line technical support to a large end-user community, resolving issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support via telephone and service requests
  • Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software, and access issues
  • Log, triage, and prioritize incidents and service requests
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams when required
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and user experience
  • Support desktop, laptop, and Microsoft-based environments

Skills & Experience

  • Previous Service Desk or IT Support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and end-user computing environments
  • Experience working in a high-volume support environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
