We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Desk Coordinator to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within facilities management and service delivery. You'll gain exposure to all aspects of the Service Desk function, working closely with engineers, contractors, managers and customers to ensure the efficient delivery of maintenance and compliance activities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Learn all aspects of the Service Desk Coordinator role and develop a strong understanding of service delivery processes.
  • Schedule and plan works for engineers and subcontractors to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Update and maintain jobs within the Maximo CAFM system and Click planning platform.
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders for contracted works, ensuring they are approved and processed correctly.
  • Review certification, worksheets and contractor reports, identifying and recording any remedial works required.
  • Produce Management Information and customer reports as required.
  • Prepare quotations and supporting documentation.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, engineers, customers and supply chain partners.
  • Upload and maintain certification, purchase orders and associated documentation within Maximo.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Good IT and systems skills, with the ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, adapting communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • A creative and analytical approach to resolving issues and identifying improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
