Job Title: IT Service Desk Engineer
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £31,000
We are supporting a Bristol based legal practice who are looking to onboard a Service Desk Engineer to provide support to Global users.

The Role:
- Provide phone, email, and remote support to IT system users across multiple international locations
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, aiming for first-time fixes and escalating when necessary
- Develop IT solutions that meet business needs and user requirements

- Experience in technical support within a Microsoft environment
- Mobile device support including troubleshooting and administration
- Experience supporting remote access and flexible working solutions
The Package:
- Base salary: £25,000-£31,000
