Job Title: IT Service Desk Engineer

Location: Bristol

Salary: up to £31,000

We are supporting a Bristol based legal practice who are looking to onboard a Service Desk Engineer to provide support to Global users.

  • Provide phone, email, and remote support to IT system users across multiple international locations
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents, aiming for first-time fixes and escalating when necessary
  • Develop IT solutions that meet business needs and user requirements
