Service Desk Engineer
Location: Leeds / Halifax branches Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time (Hybrid working – 2 days in office)
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT support? Our client, a Managed Service Provider, is looking for Service Desk Engineers to join their growing team! If you have experience with Microsoft products and packages and thrive in a fast-paced support environment, we want to hear from you.
About the Role
You’ll assist internal users and external clients while maintaining a high standard of technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT support.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.
- Logging, prioritizing, and escalating ticket management as needed.
- Troubleshooting firewalls and servers.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and technical support.
Requirements
✔ Experience with Microsoft products and packages (Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory). ✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities. ✔ Experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk environment. ⚡ Knowledge of networking, remote desktop support, and IT security is a bonus.
