Service Desk Support Engineer / Senior - London
On Site
upto £50,000 plus bonus
One of the largest global broking firms in London is hiring a Service Desk Support Engineer to support staff globally both face to face and remotely. You will primarily be working from the London office alongside infrastructure and security teams whilst building and developing relationships with other teams and stakeholders in various locations worldwide.

This is a 1st/2nd line position where you will be expected to bridge the gap between service desk and infrastructure. We are looking for someone very proactive who wants to make things better with a focus on continual improvement.
We are looking for someone with in-depth experience of:
- Azure Active Directory (Entra)
- M365
- AV equipment
- Ideally ITIL Foundation

Experience of DNS, DHCP, and VPNs at a basic level is also an advantage.
This is a very fast-paced company and a busy, professional service desk environment where you will be expected to have exceptional customer service skills and work with the highest level of stakeholders.
