Job Summary:
Join as a Junior Consultant in the Service Desk team to provide effective IT support and incident management using Jira Service Desk and Windows Server environments

Job Description:
- Provide first level IT support and troubleshooting for service desk requests and incidents
- Utilize Jira Service Desk for ticket management tracking and resolution
- Support and maintain Windows Server environments ensuring system availability and performance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents solutions and procedures
- Assist in monitoring service desk metrics and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the service desk team

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to service desk tickets and user requests via Jira Service Desk
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues related to Windows Server
- Escalate complex problems to senior consultants or relevant IT teams as needed
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements SLAs and organizational policies
- Communicate effectively with end-users to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Support deployment and configuration of service desk tools and related technologies
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles
